"Would order from them again"
So... I’ve ordered from crystals.com a couple of times now, and both experiences were solid. The stones looked like the pictures, which I really appreciated, and everything arrived packed well with no chips or random surprises.
Shipping was normal, not super quick or anything, but totally fine. I’d definitely order from them again when I’m looking for more crystals, so that pretty much says it for me.

"Way more crystals than I expected"
I went on crystals.com thinking I’d just grab some amethyst and be done, but I ended up clicking around for way longer than I planned. They had towers, tumbles, bracelets, and a bunch of stones I’d never heard of, so I kind of assumed from the whole feel of the site that they’re serious about their collection.
The selection didn’t feel like the same basic crystals you see everywhere, which I appreciated. It was also easy to find different sizes and styles, so I’ll probably come back when I’m looking for something a little more specific

"Payment felt safe"
Checkout was easy. Nothing confusing. The payment part looked secure enough, which is always the thing I notice first. Got the confirmation fast too. Only taking off one star because the page was a little slow to load. Not a huge deal, just a bit annoying.

"Pretty happy with them overall"
I wasn’t really sure what to expect when I ordered these, and I mostly just wanted something simple to add to my little shelf setup. The packaging was fine, nothing too fancy, and I opened them up not thinking much of it at first. But once I actually took a closer look, the crystals were really clean and felt solid, and the quality was a lot better than I expected.

I ordered a few crystals from crystals.com as birthday gifts, they were a hit. They looked really when they arrived and felt way more personal than just grabbing another candle or gift card.
Shipping was totally fine, and the pieces were small enough that they were easy to wrap nicely. My sister loved hers, and my friend already has one sitting on her desk. I’d definitely buy again for gifts, though if the quality ever dropped or shipping got messy, I’d probably look somewhere else.

"Packed super carefully"
I ordered a few crystals from crystals.com and was impressed with how carefully everything was packed. Each piece was wrapped well, and there was plenty of padding in the box so nothing was sliding around. I was a little nervous because some of the crystals looked delicate in the photos, but they all showed up perfect with no chips or cracks. Compared to some other places I’ve ordered from, this was just… yeah, really nicely done.

"Really fair shipping cost"
I was happy with the shipping cost. Some crystal shops charge so much that it makes ordering one small piece feel kind of ridiculous (you know what I mean), but crystals.com was totally reasonable. My package showed up just fine too, so I really don’t have any complaints. 5 stars from me.

"So happy I finally found grandidierite"
I ordered mainly because they had a small grandidierite piece, and I was excited since I never come across it in local shops. The photos were accurate, but the stone actually felt even a little more beautiful once I saw it in person.
Shipping took a few days and everything arrived without any issues. I’m not an expert, but I really appreciated the rarity notes because they were helpful without feeling exaggerated. I’d happily buy again if I come across another unusual gem that catches my eye...

I looked around at a few other sites before ordering, and Crystals.com seemed reasonable price-wise. I’m not exactly an expert on what every stone should cost, but nothing felt marked up in a weird way. Shipping was decent too, not one of those surprise high fees at checkout. The stone I got looked like the photos, so overall I feel like I paid a fair, normal price.

"Nice crystals, felt more genuine than others I’ve bought"
I ordered a few pieces from Crystals.com and overall I’m happy with them. Compared to some crystals I’ve picked up on Amazon and at random gift shops, these felt a lot more natural to me. The amethyst especially had those little imperfections and marks you’d expect from a real stone, not the super shiny fake-glass kind of look. Shipping wasn’t lightning fast, but it was totally fine. One of the stones was a little smaller than I had imagined, though that’s probably more on me for not paying closer attention to the size. I’d order from them again.

"Pretty good customer service, honestly"
I had a question about my order and, I mean, they didn’t reply instantly or anything, but they did get back to me fairly quickly. The person was nice and helped me sort it out without too much back and forth, so overall it was a decent experience
